Plenari Bureau Service
Plenari's bureau service can assist clients with part or all of a project. This includes assisting with overload work or advanced scripting, providing online hosting of surveys, right through to a full bureau service where we do it all. The Plenari bureau service is individualised to the client, therefore each project is quoted individually. If you would like a quote for a project, please click here
Support & Training
- Plenari offers training by face to face onsite or via online citrix sessions. Plenari can also provide training at a client site (All expenses to be paid by the client, max 4 trainee per session).
- Support hours are Plenari standard office hours 9am-6pm. After hours support is available by request in advance.
- All software support queries are currently processed in Australia by a team of experienced Plenari programmers. Levesl of support are detailed below.
Scripting & Software support:
Plenari offers simple scripting and software functionality support. Queries and development suggestions can be lodged to the Plenari support portal (www.plenari.com/support). Plenari will make instant communication once a ticket has been lodged. Alternatively you can contact your local Plenari representative.
Advanced scripting support:
Advanced scripting support is available on a project by project basis via bureau fee agreement. Advanced scripting includes:
- J-scripts and hidden scripts
- Customisation of the functionality of the software to accommodate for particular needs.
- Design of survey pages and login pages.
- Data conversion.
- Media file conversion, e.g., converting a movie file to a flash media file.
- Special scripts or patches that are required for the client's server.
If there is a particular project that the client would like Plenari to script fully or partially then this could be achieved at an agreed project by project bureau service fee. Generally Plenari offer two types of bureau services:
- Plenari script and host – Data supplied to the client.
- Plenari script and then the client host the survey.
Plenari can access a client server via VPN or visit on site if the server requires attention (fees apply).

In strategic alliance with a leading online qualitative consultancy, Plenari Conversations can also provide:
- Mentoring/training until you/your team becomes proficient & self-sufficient in conducting online qualitative research;
- And/or a non-competing online moderating service;
- And/or a non-competing full bureau service for your online qualitative research needs.
